Screen all incoming calls

What is call screening?

Call screening provides you with the option to screen all incoming calls. Automatically answering with a pre-recorded messaging asking customers to state their name.

How call screening works:

  1. Caller dials your local or toll-free number.
  2. The caller hears your personal greeting.
  3. You hear the caller's name.
  4. You then choose to accept, decline or send the caller to voicemail.
